I'm getting no email alerts for people who answer my posts (more than one person now). I checked, and the alerts and the correct email are both enabled in my settings. Any way to fix this? I don't want to miss replying to anyone.

Though for me that aspect of TORN has become so on/off that I'm happy when it works but don't rely on it.

It's been quite reliable for me except for a glitch a few months ago. I'm just wondering if the site reset when we couldn't get on the other day (was it Friday?) Somehow in advertently reset that for everyone, if you're having trouble too.
P.S. Is a comment during an Ent meeting always a Moot point?

This exact thing happened about a year and a half ago: See thread here.
It seems that when some email services change their settings from time-to-time, notifications of post replies and PMs can get classified as spam before they even reach your spam folder. It's not all service changes that cause this, otherwise it would probably happen several times a day. Like you, I use gmail and I seem to be getting my notifications just fine. But, like last time, I'll let Corvar know and hopefully he'll be able to fix it, (but probably not until the weekend).

I haven't checked my notifications in years. I just go by the forum flags here to see what's new. Saves a lot of trouble.
But the email I use for notifications probably looks like the front porch of a house that's filled with 10,000 unread newspapers. Maybe a few broken windows from the paperboy's carelessness.

the site was down for maintenance, so I bet it just needed to reset itself. Or gmail needed to get over it's huff when things changed a bit or something.
