There have been some odd happenings yesterday and today.
Yesterday, this P.M. from Starling disappeared (I get the links in my email), and today, this one from Lissuin!
The P.M. was especially odd, because I'd had it up on my screen for at least 2 hours, then signed back on to reply and got the message in red: "This pots does not exist." With Lissuin's the link just doesn't go anywhere. I tried 2 different browsers, just in case.<<Starling has sent you a private message.

have you checked with both of them whether they deleted their messages to you? (One might have but even though I'd be surprised if both did, it's worth checking all the same.)

Starling did not delete hers, although she was having connectivity issues at some point. But since it had already appeared on the boards, and I'd already read it, I can't see how connectivity on her end would affect anything. And I'm thinking since it was there for 2 or 3 hours, the window for deleting would have closed long ago. She's as puzzled as I am.
Lissuin, I'm not sure. I shall go and ask.

I had pressed "Edit" to change my Subject heading wording. Ethel must have sent a response to me just at or after that moment. My post had disappeared into the interwebs briefly. PM's work a treat - and must be retained in any new server thingy we adopt, yes?
