while the movie was still new and fresh, so it wasn't a bunch of jaded fans on their 12th viewing. There might have been a way to deliver that line intelligently, but they sure didn't do it right.

It's in FotR when the Black Rider is hunting the hobbits.

They're hiding in the hollow tree, and the Rider appears on his horse, and the horse makes a sound like "Hi!" I saw FotR in the theater with 8 TORnsibs in 2002, and we all laughed when that happened, and no one else in the theater did. I think we were a bit obnoxious.

I can never 'hear' that. It just sounds like a normal horse noise to me. But I always watch for the magical moment the front of the horse appears from out of the tree!
