It stood between dwarves and hobbits, but i'm not as crafty as dwarves so... hobbits I love some good food and the comforts of home (but also enjoys exploring and traveling). Not to mention in no world do I look like an elf LOL

Have to say dwarves; although I'm not short, I do like to eat, travel, kick out dragons, and speak complex languages that no one else understands. And they're simply my favorite race; they have the coolest armor, the coolest costumes, the coolest kingdoms, and they're tough as nails. "You should never underestimate dwarves"

It was published after ROTK came out. It shows PJ as one of the Argonath statues carved into the cliff entrance to Wellington Harbour, and someone on a passing ferry saying, "After the Return of the King, it was the least the government could do."

though I'm not short, I'm as stubborn as Thorin (if not worse), a bit greedy, prefer meat to green food (I'll eat it, but that doesn't mean I have to like it), like a good adventure, and would love to learn how to swear in a different language (not that I swear much, but to see the looks on peoples faces when then don't know what the heck I'm talking about is too good an opportunity to pass up), and I'm always looking for get rich quick themes (which probably goes under the "greed" category).

I'm with you in the meat-over-green-food category! I studied ten languages over my years in school and could teach you how to swear in most of them, but I probably shouldn't ;)

How cool would it be if that was actually carved? Or at least made of polystyrene and set in the Wellington Airport to welcome visitors to New Zealand. I've been wanting to go to NZ since FOTR came out. The world is not in your books and maps...it's out there...!

Although I'd also love to sail with Teleri elves, or craft with dwarves, or feast with hobbits, or soar with eagles.

Too short to be an Elf, but not short enough to be a Hobbit - I like food in general (green food is perfectly fine), music, exercise, got a military background & some martial arts training (when I was younger), so I could be a woman OR a dwarf-maid. Ultimately, I think I'll go with Dwarf-maid, because as much as I hate to admit it I do have a bit of a mustache - just a bit, so maybe half-dwarf? I'm sure my ridiculous, mad crush on Thorin has NOTHING to do with it
No, not at all

However, I have always had a secret admiration for dwarves. (And maybe a secret wish to have a beard? LOL) Gimli is one of my favorite characters in LOTR. And some of my favorite toons to play in Lord of the Rings Online are my dwarves. They're just so cool!

I would like to think of myself as a Dúnadan, but Bree-lander would probably be more like it.

I've always been shorter than most of my friends –although I'm medium height, not short– and I've always been somewhat stuffy –although not fat–; and lastly I have a full grown beard. So, in short, I'm almost a Dwarf. Oh, and I'm angry quite often, and I behave arrogantly if I do, so yeah
