I was hoping to make it back down to NZ this year for the LotR cruise, but sadly that wasn't meant to be. I am, however, coming over to the U.K. from 27th November through December 9th (coming home on the 10th). I'm starting off in Cardiff, followed by Glasgow, Edinburgh, and back down to London on Thursday 4th December. I'm always up for meeting TORn-sibs, so if any of you would like to meet up, send me a PM. Cheerio!

Actually I hope you have a FAB time but I'm sad we can't moot over there. Hope you do manage to meet a few sibs. Hengist is in Edinburgh, I believe... And RiverWoman is in the London area.

I stop by Tolkien's old haunt The Eagle & Child pub whenever I visit Oxford, but it always scores way higher on the Geek-o-Meter when I have a drink there will a fellow fan!
There's some cool tours of the university too!

We are in Devon, a bit too far away from Cardiff and the other places, and are really busy with the children's school events at that time!
