He's been trying to get this going FOREVER! That's one way to do it! Buy the property and stop trying to appease those who don't want to be appeased ;)
I thought that was near the airport when I first saw the pics :D How smart to develop that end of the area and make it into an easy-access venue. I hope they have a spot to put the displays from the films' props and items I saw at the exhibition when it came to Indianapolis, Indiana many many years ago. I still can close my eyes and feel like I'm there.
