These great, hairy, giant fern tree fellows came for a visit and decided to stay. The Wellington beech forest suits them, they say.
This photo doesn't do them justice. They are truly majestic at 3 stories tall.
They don't appear to be at all interested in the local beaches.
You've started something, Ethel! Where else have Ents been sighted, anyone? The march of the Ents!
