Husband and I have watched many in the past 5 years. These are some favorites. You'll begin to see familiar faces in some of them.

Many can be watched dubbed, but we like in Korean with English subtitles. It's hard to watch during dinner though.

This is our all-time favorite; it was part of the inspiration for a vacation in Quebec City, where part of the story took place at the Chateau Frontenac hotel. The series is a fantasy surrounding an immortal "Goblin":
"In his quest for a bride to break his immortal curse, Dokkaebi, a 939-year-old guardian of souls, encounters a grim reaper and a student with a tragic past".
One can recognize Gong Yoo from Squid Game.
