First Lord of the Rings reading experience:
My parents were reading it to me before I was even born. I grew up in a family of lotr addicts, watching the cartoons and listening to the stories all my childhood. My grandfather had even convinced me that he was, in fact, Bilbo Baggins... it took me years to figure out he wasn't being completely honest on that one. ^_^
Favorite Tolkien character:
Frodo, because he takes on the task no one else would, faces his fears, and preservers.
