Writing, reading, art, music, exploring, learning of different cultures and histories, and legends. I am a novelist, and it is my hope that I can provide stories that really matter. I have been published in poetry magazines Moon Drenched Fables (since discontinued), Moon Washed Kisses, Vox Poetica, GGN, and Lighted Lamp. I have currently published my first novel, Alexis: Revelation and Revolution on Kindle, under my pen name, Elora Carmen Shore. (I took on the name Shore partly in honor of Howard Shore, whose Lotr work is absolutely incredible).
Apart from that, I like to sit back and enjoy nature as I muse.
First Lord of the Rings reading experience:
Hmmm...I saw the movies first, so I was curious how the books would be. I thought that Tolkien had a wonderful way of writing, and I was tickled to find certain passages switched around in the movies. Very fun. It must have been...about five years ago I think. But ever since then my look on writing has changed, and in finding Tolkien I found something I had been looking for.
Favorite Tolkien character:
Sam, because he is the epitamy of a good friend. And he's made of the stuff that makes a real person! From there, it's Eowyn, Frodo, Aragorn...I love so many characters so much. ;D How can you narrow down?
