Interests: Can I just say everything? Or "everything but especially books"?
First Lord of the Rings reading experience: I read The Hobbit for the first time when I was 7 but didn't tackle the trilogy until I was 8. I re-read all four books annually for years after that. Finally finished reading The Silmarillion on 10 August 2012!
Favorite Tolkien character: Gandalf, because he manages to be down-to-earth, funny, serious, wise, and powerful all at once. And he always turns up when most needed. I also love Bilbo, because I read about him first. Smaug and Chrysophylax, because I have always loved dragons.
Less Filling or Tastes Great: Tastes Great
Elves and Dragons or Cabbages and Potatoes: Elves and Dragons
