Interests: Roman Catholicism, Writing, Mythology/Fantasy, School, Elvish, Sherlock, I have decided to call myself a RingsWarsMazeLockian!
First Lord of the Rings reading experience: I first read LOTR when I was thirteen and fell completely in love with it! This followed on the heels of being totally enchanted in the worlds of Narnia and Star Wars (which I still adore, but I like LOTR/TH/Tolkien way better)! I also like Mythology. I think Norse mythology is a little more interesting than Greek, but that's probably because the Thor movies were just so fascinating! The style of writing used by Tolkien is incredibly captivating! Reading his works has definitely inspired me to use descriptive, meaningful words; to not just tell a story, but to paint a picture in the minds of the listeners. Now I aspire, whenever I write anything, to achieve the same eloquence that he possessed.
Favorite Tolkien character: Eowyn, Galadriel, Legolas, Frodo, Aredhel Ar-Feiniel, Maeglin, Varda
Less Filling or Tastes Great: Tastes Great
Elves and Dragons or Cabbages and Potatoes: Elves and Dragons
