First Lord of the Rings reading experience:
When I was 11 - it was the first story which did not have a truly happy ending and the first time I realised that life is not always comfortable and happy ever after.
Favorite Tolkien character:
Frodo - the ordinary little hobbit who does extraordinary things. He is often afraid, unhappy and in pain but he goes on anyway. True courage is not to be unafraid but to do what is right, not matter how terrifying it might be.
