and as for books..
Creativity Inc. by Ed Catmull
I heard about this one on NPR, and looked it up on Amazon. The NPR interview with Ed Catmull of Pixar was fascinating.
"a book for managers who want to lead employees to new heights, a manual for anyone who strives for originality, and the first ever trip into the nerve center of Pixar Animation.."
I'm most interested in Pixar, and what the head of a fantastically creative outfit has to say to the rest of us on the subject.
