If, like me, you can't afford the expensive Lego sets but really enjoy putting them together, here's a free alternative. It doesn't quite live up to the real thing (and takes a lot longer) but it's still pretty fun... There's an official Lego program called Lego Digital Designer. It's completely free, relatively simple to use and contains every Lego brick available. You can download it here: http://ldd.lego.com/en-gb/ You can also Google the instructions for any Lego set out there. They're pretty easy to get hold of. It took a few days, but I managed to build a full Helm's Deep using this software! I'm sure most people aren't as boring as me, but maybe someone else will appreciate this info. And I suggest starting with something small to familiarise yourself with the software. Have Fun!

On http://legoshop.com you can get building instructions for a lot of the sets. Choose your theme from the Themes dropdown, select your set, and down by the product summary you can download a building instructions pdf. Easy to find, official, and legal!
