If I had to pick a favorite, I'd say Balin. Bofur is a CLOSE second. And then shortly behind Bofur, I'd say Dwalin and Thorin are tied.

Should have been dealt a much stronger hand in the focus stakes. Dean O'Gorman has just the perfect look for a young Dwarf - handsome enough but full of character, too. Turner's Kili was just too pretty to be believable.

Oin is definitely at the top of my list after using Gloin as a battering ram in DoS!
Balin/Dwalin/Fili/Thorin all tied for second, everyone else tied for third!

Thorin, of course! However, I don't know if there is any that I DON'T like, I mean Dwalin is pretty badass, Bofur & Bombur are funny, Fili is noble, Kili is cute, and Ori is ad-Ori-able. But really, it's Thorin all the way!
