I recently changed my favorite Hobbit movie to AUJ but I have a feeling that BOFA's EE could bump it up to my favorite of the 3. My reason for that is I watched the DOS EE for the first time last night and the additions made for a (mostly) much better film IMO - I could have done without Thrain's Wilhelm Scream and I would have rather seen more of Thranduil than more of Lake-town, but all in all it is a significant improvement!
AUJ but it's really too early to be sure

I've only seen BOFA once and the EE could change everything. Still, AUJ was to me more cohesive...you know, what I think I liked was the pacing. AUJ had more quiet moments, more character development. Maybe I'm just getting too old, but I sometimes felt exhausted by all the action in DOS and BOFA. Too much like my life at work.
I probably would not vote BOT5A, just because of the tragic deaths, even thought they were sooooo well done! I think Richard Armitage deserves an Oscar for his performance in BOT5A, so it's just a really hard decision. The other two movies are a complete tie as far as I'm concerned. Just can't decide!
What he did with Thorin in BOFA was nothing short of incredible IMO. He definitely took advantage of the meatier material for his character in this part of the book. All around a great performance, but his acting in BOFA just blew me away.
It's the only film I've seen more than Twice (I only got round to watching the DOS EE yesterday) and definitely feels the most complete in the Theatrical cut.
Hard for me to say though, as the things I love in this trilogy, are widely scattered in the films, and out weighed by the numerous Issues the films have i.m.o.
Somewhere in this trilogy I'm 'meh' on, is a dulogy I would have enjoyed much more...
