Cool way to possibly explain Bilbo's comprehension of the spiders

After DOS came out last year, many criticized the "plot hole" that Bilbo could still understand the spider speech after he removed the ring. Listen to the clip at this link: https://soundcloud.com/...se/an-audio-illusion Pretty cool, huh? So, could it be that spider speech sounds incomprehensible, but after putting on the ring and hearing it in the common tongue you can interpret it after removing it? I know this is NOT what's going on and it just a movie, but I thought the illusion was cool and could possibly be applied to this circumstance.

There's nothing in the movie that indicates that the Ring allows Bilbo to understand the spiders.

Both Thorin and Bilbo heard "attercop" before they were captured. Bilbo could understand the spiders with or without the Ring.

Here's another theory - they were whispering...

Bilbo and Thorin could always understand them, because they speak English. But when Bilbo puts on the Ring his sense of hearing is heightened and he can hear them whispering to eachother. When he takes the Ring off the spider isn't whispering, so Bilbo hears it.

Doesn't suggest a plot hole. It suggests you have imagined the wrong mechanism.
