......I wonder what new material in the EE means it has been put up from a 12 to 15 rating?? Must be something violent / grim

It may be because of the extras. I'm sure the one about Lake-town was rated 15 by the BBFC.

it was the segment about the filming of the Masters Chamber.
It is probably something to do with filming the testicle eating scene. I imagine quite a number of joke are made in the BTS.
