A complete history of Tolkien and video games. Can't Post

I've just seen this - http://www.theonering.net/torwp/2014/10/08/93023-a-complete-history-of-tolkien-and-video-games/

This is the second paragraph -

Back then, the original licensor — in this case the Tolkien Estate itself, or Tolkien Enterprises (now Middle-earth Enterprises) — would allow licensees to sometimes resell the license. It appears that at this time the animated films shared a license with the first round of video games.

This is grossly incorrect - The Tolkien Estate is not Tolkien Enterprises. The Estate is the Tolkien family. Tolkien Enterprises 9now Middle-earth Enterprises) is the Saul Zaentz company. I'm surprised to see this error here on Torn.

The original wording is clumsy... [In reply to] Can't Post

I don't think the author of the article meant to imply that the Tolkien Estate and Tolkien Enterprises were the same. I think he was referring to the original licensor--whichever was applicable.
