Like hearing Sam's pots and pans rattling on his pack or Strider's rough and dirty look... any time I see Gandalf's long, road-beaten do and his long grey robes, I feel a wash of emotions. His presence means safety, humour, wisdom, bristly, warm, watchfulness, power, history, loyalty, love and friendship. I just love everything about the Grey Pilgrim. Lovely in every way.
