Just how well do you know the dwarves of The Hobbit? Here’s your chance to find out! Can you match each dwarf with a description or a line of dialogue from below? ALL 13 dwarves are included, each fitting with only ONE of these. Correct answers will be posted in a couple of days. Have fun! *** 1. The first dwarf to refer to Bilbo solely by his first name. 2. The first dwarf we hear speak in An Unexpected Journey. 3. The only other dwarf besides Thorin not to be seated at Beorn’s table. 4. “We’re makin’ a long term deposit.” 5. Bilbo rescues his “prize-winning” tomatoes from this dwarf. 6. He saves Bilbo by taking out a warg with a rock when Azog and his hunters attack the Company in the end of AUJ. 7. The first dwarf to enter Lake-town’s armory. 8. “Was that an earthquake?” 9. He sits at the end of the table when the dwarves discuss their plans at Bag End. 10. When the dwarves start playing on their instruments, this dwarf improvises and uses a teapot to make music. 11. Beorn picks up a white mouse after this dwarf brushes the tiny animal off his arm. 12. “Where’s the meat?” 13. The first one to notice the light of the troll’s campfire.

I'm usually so bad at these quizzes that I don't bother answering. But when you said that each Dwarf was represented once and only once, I was able to eliminate the eight answers I was pretty sure of and figure out the other five. I use to ace multiple choice exams way back in the olden days when I was young. Congratulations Riven Delve and Kim. Thanks for doing this BlackFox.
