Square books [In reply to] Can't Post

Not sure why publishers still turn out square books. They are notoriously tricky to fit on shelves with other books (they jut out in an unsightly way). I know book designers like working with square formats, but they are not too good for readers/buyers of the books.

Thanks very much for posting this.

Well... [In reply to] Can't Post

...if the square Hobbit Location Guide is the same format as the square LOTR Location Guide, then it fits into the bookshelf quite nicely. It's not overly large anyway.

i´ve noticed you know quite a great deal about the hobbit products, so I will ask you this:

Do you know/think if they will release a The Hobbit Weapons and Warfare book? I loved the LOTR one.

If so, do you think it will be written by the same author?

Weapons and Warfare [In reply to] Can't Post

Chris Smith's The Lord of the Rings: Weapons and Warfare is the only tie-in book to the LotR films that I own. I have been wondering the same thing as related to the Hobbit films.
