Elvish (Sindarin) Writing Help Needed Can't Post

I'm about to start a great Middle-earth sketchbook, and on the inside cover I want to have written in Sindarin "The journey begins...". I think I have the correct words ("I lend heria..."; feel free to correct me on it though), however in trying to write it in Tengwar to put in the front of the book, I'm running into a lot of difficulties. I've found a few pages on the internet and even a few videos, but they all seem to contradict each other in some ways, and I can't tell which is the most correct, so if anybody on here could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated!

Here's a link [In reply to] Can't Post

to a good Tengwar Transcriber: http://www.tengwar.art.pl/...r/ott/start.php?l=en

Type your words in the top box, and click on "Transcribe" to get the transcription in the bottom box.

Will that work for you? Smile

Unfortunately... [In reply to] Can't Post

Unfortunately it is not working for me. I keep getting random letters/numbers/symbols, like this: "` jl2{ 9l7`]". Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you, I shall! [In reply to] Can't Post

Just one more question: which of these would you think to be better to use:
This one is when I have input language set to English (I'm inputting "I lend heria..."):
http://www.tengwar.art.pl/tengwar/ott/obrazek.php?f=p&s=38&t=YEIgajJ7JCA5N1JgQmBDLT0tPS09
And this one is when I have it set to Sindarin, and while I'd think that would be the better, it looks off compared to other Tengwar writings I've seen:

Oh good, I'm glad it's working for you! [In reply to] Can't Post

The two phrases you have differ only in the depiction of vowels: the first uses tehtar, which are the vowels placed above the consonants, and the other uses the Tengwar "letters" for the vowels (such as are seen on the West-gate of Moria). (You probably already know this; I've included it for those who are reading this thread and who might not know.)

Since both are correct, and I think both look nice, I'd say to use whichever one looks the best with your work! Smile

Thanks! [In reply to] Can't Post

I think I'll go for the one that uses the tehtar. Wink

Thank again for your help!
