I think the first trailer may be released together with Transformers!

In order to be released, the trailer doesn't need to be attached to Warner Bros. for example, when The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug came out, they demonstrated 47 Ronin in the cinema, but that was a film of Universal.
Peter Jackson would never miss this opportunity as it has enormous potential.
