I don't know if there is a Poetry page here already but I wanted to share a number of my Poems with everyone here.
Anyone is welcome to contribute their poems as well...
NATURE
So natural you are, Nature.
You just live and exist,
So real and fresh.
You house so many.
Animals, birds, trees
and landscapes.
You give hope and relaxation,
to your viewers and listeners.
The sounds of rain
and the silence of snow.
The powerful thunders
and the gentle rainbows.
The view of the Oceans
and the sight of the lakes.
The high mountains
and low valleys.
Mornings and nights
your lightness and darkness.
The northern stars
and the western winds .
The southern fields
and the eastern peaks.
You seem never tired,
you do your work well.
Blessed by the Creator,
to shine our hearts and minds.
Lift our spirits
and give us pleasure and grace.
Nature,
So natural you are.
YEARS
The years go by
not for our happiness.
The years everyone loves
and want to have much.
No matter how many
they are never enough.
They are with us
till the day we die.
Everyone wants them,
as many as possible,
To make a collection
of these time gems,
To show everyone
how they shine.
Yet why they are not sold anywhere?
like precious diamonds and topaz stones,
Tiffany brilliance and emerald ambiance?
No, the years cannot be sold,
for no price can be too bold.
They can be given only as a gift,
From the Creator to Men.
Little timeless pieces
that last a lifetime,
and shine infinitely.
MUSIC
You give joy to everyone
and that is youre Joy.
You give comfort to everyone
and that is youre Comfort.
You give freshness to everyone
and that is youre Freshness.
You give hope to everyone
and that is youre Hope.
You give pleasure to everyone,
and that is youre Pleasure.
You give beauty to everyone
and that is youre Beauty.
You give inspiration to everyone
and that is youre Inspiration.
You give love to everyone
and that is youre Love.
You give music to everyone
and that is you're Music.
THE SEASONS
Summer is slowly fading
And the animals are stocking.
A bear there,a rabbit here,
A deer, a fox and the Eagle.
Busy they are for winter.
Winter is here, its cold.
They are all secure
Not one of them unsafe.
Winter goes far away,
spring is on the way.
The bear has awakened,
the hair runs with joy.
The deer all full of life,
the wolf is ready to bit.
Spring fades away,
summer is here again,
heat is king today.
Yet summer will leave soon,
so will fall, winter and spring.
But life will still go on,
for nothing is changed by seasons.
The bear will be here,
so too the fox,
the rabbit, the deer and the eagle.
Letting nature secure them,
make them safe and happy.
THE SEA
Windy whispers
Picking your waves
Spreading them elsewhere
In far away places
For those who need them
Sunset before night
When the reflection
Is in its prime
When the colors orange
Yellow and purple unite
Those windy whispers
Send your waves still away
Sailing even more away
When the morning came
When the reflection
Is in its fame
When the colors blue
White and green unite
Those windy whispers
Send your waves still away
Sailing even more away
They keep on Sailing
They keep on Sailing
FRUITS
Many shapes and Sizes.
Many colors and Flavors.
Many scents and Aromas.
Many characters and Names.
From different Places.
From far away Islands.
From tropical Forests.
From secret Gardens.
Some are Sweet.
Some are Sour.
Some are Soft.
Some are Stubborn.
Apples and Pears.
Mangos and Pineapples.
Strawberries and Raspberries.
Blueberries and Blackberries.
Bananas and Coconuts.
Papayas and Kiwis.
Grapes and Oranges.
Lemons and Grapefruits.
Plums and Apricots.
Cherries and Melons.
Peaches and Starfruits.
Walnuts and Dates.
Barbary figs and Cactus fruits.
Litchi nuts and Star apples.
Panama berries and Natal plums
Cashew fruits and Passionfruits.
You decorate the World.
With your Sweet colors.
With your Colorful tastes.
With your Tasty scents.
The best full plate is full of
Fruits
TEARS
Are the moisture of your Soul.
The lakes of your thoughts,
the rivers of your dreams.
Coming down like rain,
cleansing your heart of pain.
Sometimes they are of anger,
at times they are of laughter.
Sometimes they reach the floor,
at times they keep close.
Tears of anger or pain,
Laughter or joy,
Fear or pride.
Are the moisture of your Soul.
COLORS
They are everywhere,
and color anything.
They describe objects
Arts, and feelings.
They are found
in Music and Sounds.
Yellow sun,
and Green Forests.
Blue sky,
and white Clouds.
Brown soil,
and pink Roses.
Red apples
and Purple Grapes.
Sentiments described
and anger Noticed.
Happiness located
and laughter Decorated.
Some are constant,
and some are Changing
Like the moon and the sky
depending where the Sun is.
Stars shine with yellow bright,
Sun changes to red yellow light.
Rivers wear interesting colors,
they come in black, blue and grey.
Just like the birds that fly above them.
grey Geese, blue and black Ducks.
Creating a sense of colorful Scenery
filling our hearts with joy and Harmony.
Colorful colors color our Universe,
serving us like kings and queens,
in this beautiful World.
FURNITURE
The table stands
The chair sits
The sofa rests
The painting hangs
The closet holds
The piano plays
The bed sleeps
The rug lays
The candle holder lights
The ornament shines
The flower vase glows.
Hey ,
It's only furniture.
