has an absolutely killer calendar that i wouldn't change. It also has the best navigation in the world and i don't have to pay a penny more for it. It also allows me to listen to music everywhere. If one's purpose is to spread boredom and sorrow, then one could say that mobile devices are in of evil. I don't see anything bad coming from using these devices daily, abusing is another thing.
Pessimists have no disappointments.

I remember when phones were for contact and emergencies.... which is basically all I have now. It is nice to be able to carry it with me, but I really prefer NOT to be so available that I get chastised for not answering right away "WHERE WERE YOU!? I WANT YOU TO DROP EVERYTHING AND DO WHAT I WANT YOU TO DO RIGHT NOW!" and I still struggle with getting at the messages. Freakin' phone insists on taking me through ALL my saved messages before giving me the most recent. ARGH I won't do smart phones. Too much, they are just nuts to me. But it's curious how others (including news/tv/businesses/etc.) all assume everyone is plugged into smartphones, facebook, twitter and stuff like that. I'm not. I just don't have the time and fear the massive insurgence of computers being corrupted. *sigh* I need a vacation ;)
