I'm hoping to meet some people at the ROTK Live Concert or perhaps some other event. We should just have a ToRn gathering on our own private island and bring everyone along!
It appears that I'll be leaving before Thanksgiving in the U.S. Unless something unexpected comes up in between now and then, I'd say no (although it would be fantastic).
Congrats on your own journey! That's awesome that you will be there for the final premiere. I'm sure there will be a huge turnout of fans.
There was the book signing in nyc for the Children of Hurin ... the lecture in Peorie Indiana with gramma and entmaiden... the marathon lotr's showing at the Ziegfeld threatre in nyc... the ComicCon (forget the year, but the time greendragon sprouted purple hair) where so many TORnfolk participated in a grand party cheering passerby's in the halls... the FOTR RCMH concert in nyc where so many attended as well. So many sibs come to think of it.
Then there was the gathering at Lossefalme's house... and there were the many RenFaires in Tuxedo ny where we gathered many a year, my wife and i hosted a number to our rustic remote camp on the pond for a stay over. One thing i could not do is get dernwyn in the water although i got her in a kayak and i got mr d tubing with his daughter in the early days. I found greendragon to be a surprisingly good swimmer.
These days of moots will always remain warm happy memories for me.
