Tour Company Advise for December NZ Trip

Hi All. I am hoping someone can give me some advice and/or review of tour companies in NZ that do LOTR tours. Red Carpet is booked for December so they aren't an option. I have read about a couple others but can't find any reviews. Any one have any input? Thrifty Tours sounds like it has good tours at decent prices so I am seriously considering them.
I am planning 2 weeks ion NZ plus a week in Australia. I will be in Wellington for the Hobbit: There and Back Again premiere (I hope I actually get to see it) but want to see more of NZ before and/or after that.
Any input would be fabulous, thanks.
