Gandalf's defence shield/blast in all 6 films? Can't Post

Could we get one final moment of Gandalf showcasing his ability to create his defence shield and/or blast?

I've realized that in the five Middle-earth films so far, the wizard has used that spell in one way or another.

Fellowship of the Ring
-Shield against the Balrog's sword attack

The Two Towers
-Prologue of the Balrog scene in FoTR

-Repulsing Aragorn, Gimli and Legolas' weapons during his first reveal (?)

The Return of the King
-Shield to withstand Saruman's attack at Orthanc (extended edition)

-Routing the Ringwraiths as they attack the fleeing soldiers from Osgiliath

An Unexpected Journey
-Sending goblins flying as he arrives in Goblin-town

The Desolation of Smaug
-Confrontation with the Necromancer

Could we see yet another display of this magical ability in There and Back Again?

I really see it occuring when he stands between the charging Dwarf and Elf armies - lifting up his staff and withholding the two armies from engaging.

Who knows ...Wink

Wow! I never thought about it [In reply to] Can't Post

that this all seemed to be the same spell... but after you mentioned it here I realised: You're so right! Thanks for pointing that out!

But I don't see other moments when he uses this magical power skills. Perhaps when he tries to destroy Saurons spell of concealment? But there are others spells he uses:

BLINDING his enemies with a bright light or flash:
FOTR:
- He uses his staff to make light when they enter Moria
TTT:
- When he speaks to Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli before he reveals himself
- When he, Eomer and the Rohirrim attack the Uruk-hai at Helms Deep
ROTK:
- The Nazgûl when they attack Faramir and his rangers on their way to Minas Tirith
AUJ:
- Goblin Town also I guess
DOS:
- He uses his staff to make light when he enters the High Fells
- When Azog tries to attack him he uses a flash to blind the Orcs

BREAKING rocks with his staff
:
FOTR:
- When he destroys the Bridge of Khazad-dûm
TTT:
- Flashback of the same scene
ROTK:
-
AUJ:
- When he breaks that rock near the Troll camp
- When they escape Goblin Town and he breaks this round rock to defeat the Goblins in front of them
DOS:
- After he escaped Azog he destroys a bridge and wall of Dol Guldur to defeat a pack of Wargs

CREATING FIRE with his staff:
FOTR/TTT/ROTK/AUJ/DOS:
- To light his pipe
FOTR/AUJ:
- To light the fireworks
AUJ:
- To light the pine cones to defeat the Orcs and Wargs

CHANGING HIS VOICE to sound different:
FOTR:
When he convinces Bilbo that he's not a thief but a friend
TTT:
Before he reveals himself to Aragorn, Legolas and Gimli he sounds like a mix of Saruman and himself
AUJ:
When he convinces the Dwarves that Bilbo Baggins is the right choice

TALKING TO MOTHS and calling for Eagles:
FOTR:
When he is captured on the top of Orthanc
ROTK:
During the Battle of the Black Gate (although this time the moth appears to tell him about the arriving eagles)
AUJ:
When the company is about to fall down the cliff

OTHERS:
FOTR/DOS:
Pushing. During his FOTR fight with Saruman in Isengard and in DOS when he fights Azog and his Orcs in Dol Guldur
FOTR/ROTK/AUJ:
Healing. He (alongside Elrond) heals Frodo in FOTR and ROTK and Thorin in AUJ
TTT:
Clearing the mind. When he frees Theodens mind of Sarumans control
ROTK:
Breaking Sarumans staff

TTT:
Lightning. When he fights the Balrog on the tops of the Misty Mountains

Others?
