What happened to Bag End after Bilbo and Frodo sailed into the west? Did Sam get it? Was it put up for sale? Or do we even know what happened to it?

In the movie, who knows.

In the book, Sam and Rosie went to live with Frodo at Bag End and they continued to live there after he left.
