The question is simple... Do you like the Two Towers? I know that as LotR fans, we appreciate them all, but is it your fave? I know a lot of people see it as the trilogy's weakest link and I get that, but it's still my favorite. How about you?
But the answer is still yes of course. That said, I've worn out the FOTR-EE discs by now...TTT not so much. Probably watched FOTR about 10 times more all in all.
But it's still doesn't make it my favorite. I wanted to have more time with Frodo and Sam (my favorites) and would've liked the part that they did have to be closer to the book.
I still love the movie overall, of course! It certainly has some moments that rank up with my favorites in the trilogy.
...TTT is my favorite for the Man, Dwarf, Elf, Wizard storyline. But I prefer RotK for the Hobbit storylines. So, FOTR is my overall favorite, TTT is my next favorite because, even though the Hobbit Storylines weren't as prominant as I would have liked, they were still very good. ROTK gave us powerful stories for the Hobbits, but I felt the Aragorn, Legolas, Gimli story was disappointing, imo. The whole Paths of the Dead and the would-be grand entrance of the "scrubbing bubbles" just didn't do it for me. The Paths of the Dead were sooo much eerier in the book and in my imagination.
Depends on what I compare TTT movie to.

Compared to FotR: yes, but I like FotR more. Compared to RotK: ditto. Compared to either Hobbit movie: yes, and I like TTT more. Compared to almost any other film I've seen: yes. Compared to the book: no, I prefer the book.

It is hard for me to see it any thing

other than part of one long story. Of course I love it.
Really, I suppose the weakest link for me is the ending of RoTK (because it ends and I lose interest), the beginning of Fellowship, because I've seen it way too many times, and almost anything with Arwen in it. Arwen sections were always my pee break when seeing the films in the theater.
