At what point in production... Can't Post

did the team reverse the roles of Azog and Bolg in this movie? It couldn't have been too late as the animate on each look very solid. Does anyone know?

I'm pretty sure it was around the same time they decided to split the story into 3 films.

Lawrence Makoare filmed as Bolg during the 10 week pickups in summer 2013.

So I think the decision was made after they had finished filming in 2012.
