It goes as this. [In reply to] Can't Post

He finds a marking at the entrance of mirkwood, a red eye painted on a statue that stands there. He then recalls something galadriel tells him, and he leave them to find "the high fells".

Bilbo's conversation ends when he slides down the huge pile of gold as he is chased by Smaug.

Smaug outright tells Bilbo + the dwarfs that he now knows it is a scheme set up by the dwarfs and men of laketown, and he want's revenge. I felt the whole Smaug scene was really true to the book even though it has been changed alot and they have added a huge amount of action.

thanks for the spoilers!! give me more! :) [In reply to] Can't Post

Do we see a new scene of galadriel, like a vision from rivendell or lorien, or is just a reused scene of AUJ? Does she have any dialogue?
How is the scene betwen Thranduil and Tauriel and the scenes betwen legolas and his father?
and just one more, I've heard that the scene where Tauriel heals Kili is like the one from the fellowship with arwen apearing to frodo, how it was made in DOS?
Thanks so much

Great to hear about Beorn, and look forward to more of him in the next film, [In reply to] Can't Post

…even if there is not a lot of him in this one.

Also excellent to hear about Bard, the Master and Smaug (well, everyone of my favourite characters, really).

Cause Gandalf goes like "oh you!" ...which sounded surprised.
And, did you like the location which wasnt green box ?! The landscape there.

We do. [In reply to] Can't Post

We see a glimpse of Galadriel and some new dialogue from her.

I think everything with Thranduil is really amazing. Avengeline Lilly has a bit too much of a modern feel to her. A little too american-action hero (no offense).

The healing scene was kinda them same. Just worse. Much worse.

I didn't hate Tauriel in this movie. She is actually an important character, that works well for the plot. But she is still one of my least favorite. This goes to show how great a movie it actually is. Laugh

Yes. [In reply to] Can't Post

He says "Oh you" as in surprise to see him pop up behind him suddenly, as he was startled.

The high fells are really cool both inside and outside. Not a huge setpiece but still very much perfect.

thanks ! [In reply to] Can't Post

Just thought he would say something like " how did you know i'm here".
Anyway, i'm happy that i only heard positive stuff concerning the Fells, which a lot seemed not to like it before, but i think it a great addition to get the Dol Guldur plot going...

The healing spell [In reply to] Can't Post

Is the same one that Arwen uses on Frodo, I think.

It's strange, for all the talk of Oin being the medic, he doesn't do much, instead it's Bofur who thinks to use the Athelas.

About your last sentence... [In reply to] Can't Post

In Reply To
I get the impression that pj will want to adjust quite a few minor things in lotr after this though.

What di you mean?
I was a strong supporter of the idea that The Hobbit should have been used to fix what LOTR did not right or did not do at all (Rings of Powers)
Your last sentence gave me great hope.

Aw gawd, there is a love triangle? [In reply to] Can't Post

Looks like I'm going to have to be sedated for this film. Tongue
Can you at least tell me one thing? Okay maybe two things?
Does Thranduil get adequate screentime?
Does Bilbo still have his story, or has he been shunted aside?
