Heck yeah! [In reply to] Can't Post

Nov 21 is marked on my calendar! I'm responsible for getting the tickets for my friends for the midnight show this year, so I'm waiting not so patiently to get my hands on them!

Me too Kim [In reply to] Can't Post

I'm getting the two for me and the BFF for the MN show, and then for both of us and kids for Friday night too. And Saturday I presume.

(I'm feeling Odd Avatar Out in this thread...Laugh )

Hey Brethil! [In reply to] Can't Post

Yeah, I'm getting 4 for the midnight show, and at least 1 for me either Sat or Sun (I was kicking myself last year for not getting tickets for 2 shows opening weekend).

You know, you could always change your avatar - there are plenty of excellent photos to choose from! Evil

Nope, never do for any film [In reply to] Can't Post

I always turn up on the day of release half an hour early and get tickets then, its often cheaper and easier, and I have never had any trouble in doing so.

I may see DOS in 48 FPS out of curiosity though, so that might require booking as the nearest IMAX is almost a hour from where I live.

I had an arrangement with my theatre last year [In reply to] Can't Post

for AUJ, and I'll be doing the same thing for the next 2 films. They let me buy all my tickets just before The Hobbit opens and pay a group rate. So, on average, my tickets cost about $5.50 each instead of $8.50. :D

They're wonderfull enablers!
