I found on bluray.com [In reply to] Can't Post

The nov 12th release date for the AUJ extended edition, and it has a picture of Beorn and Gandalf on it Beorn in bear form... Weird, cuz Beorn isn't in AUJ... Maybe in the EE though... It's not in a boxed set, like the red book style, but assuming that variant will be available too... For example the rotk bluray Ee was in regular too, but on DVD it was red book

It does say artwork to be announced. It's not final. / [In reply to] Can't Post

Good spot though. Smile

Maybe we can expect some news on more of the scenes to be included soon? I remember that the chapter titles for the EEs for LOTR were leaked a couple of weeks (months?) before release. That gave a clue as to what scenes were new and extended.

The first TORn Amateur Symposium starts this week in the Reading Room! Come and join in!

Can't see it [In reply to] Can't Post

They'd never repack the theatrical so soon after the first release, and especially when the extended edition will be available. I think it's just an oversight on Amazon's part.
