Was at Best Buy and they have the preorder for 14.99, can that be right? Of course no one there had a clue.

Is this their website? [In reply to] Can't Post

Links.

If so, then the price in store was probably wrong.

My wife actually pointed it out to me. It was in three different locations for 14.99 I wonder if its a half now half on delivery kind of thing. No one in the store knew.

It is the same here. It is probably valid and promotional, and limited time. [In reply to] Can't Post

Most DVDs and blue-rays have GREAT pre-order and while in stock prices for the first day to three days of DVD release, to get people who are NOT dyed in the wool, hardcore fans to rush out and buy the movie.

I think it's going to be $29.99 [In reply to] Can't Post

They did the same thing with the Dark Knight Rises where you put $15 downpayment/preorder and then the remaining half when you pick it up. For both that film and the Hobbit I put $15 down so I'm just assuming. The standard version will probably be like $24.99

Ugh and you're so right about people in the store not knowing anything it's such a hassle I always find more information from people online then the store associates themselves :/
