questions concerning dvds! Can't Post

1. are there any confirmations on about when extended editions are released, or will there even be extended editions?

2. in which format are dvds going to come, will they all just be normal 24 fps or will they even be released in the new format? (sorry if this is a stupid question whatsoever, i have no technical understanding concerning these things. i'm asking because 48fps killed the movie experience for me)
