with a theater full of kids, and you're right, they did love Radagast. But i bet they would have still found him funny without the bird crap. In fact, i bet pretty much none of them knew what it was.

Any child who hasn't spent their entire life indoors would see the birds on Radagast's head and the stuff on his face and put 2 and poo together. Kids and poo/snot/barf humor go hand in hand. I think the adults are the ones having the hardest time with the bird poo, I admit I go a little "uck" about it but I guess it really doesn't matter to me. And besides, it doesn't matter how much we like or don't like it, it's said and done and in the movie.

> "put 2 and poo together" Heh, that's a great line. > "it's said and done and in the movie." All they have to do for continuity's sake is have Radagast caught in the rain in TDOS to give him a shower. Then all will be well so long as he doesn't blow smoke out of his ears or go cross eyes like the Three Stooges, and have Bilbo make rabbit stew out of Radagast's bunnies. "I swear, Mr. Gandalf, I didn't know!"

A Wizard, caught in the rain. Perfect!. Leave the rabbit stew to Sam
