Well, besides the Sackville-Bagginses, the role of Mayor of Michel Delving was supposedly cast (rumored to be actor Shane Briant); the Mayor would likely also be the auctioneer. The auction would also be a good place for cameos of young Primula Brandybuck (who should be an adolescent hobbit of 21 or 22 years) and her future spouse Drogo Baggins.
