Yes it's been terrific to see Melanie hit the big time (though not such a big time as her co-star Winslet) I've always loved seeing her pop up in American productions. Most people don't know she's a Kiwi.
She is also in 'Ever After', a Cinderella-type story which stars Drew Barrymore.
I never realized till last week that the woman who played Rose (Melanie Lynskey) on Two and Half Men (and had a role in a short lived tv series called 'Drive') was one of the stars of that movie and was from NZ!
'O' is very useful. You use it when you say... "Oscar's only ostrich oiled an orange owl today."
