180min running-time? Can't Post

the cinema ill go to displays a running time of 180 minutes, could this be the case or do they just include the trailers/ads?

That's a lot more than everyone hoped for... sure, the credits are usually quite long in PJ's films, but still, well enough time to tell the tale properly.

The official running time seems to be 170 minutes. Perhaps some theaters will show a 10-minute preview of The Desolation of Smaug after the credits finish? That's the best guess that I can come up wiith.
