That might give you some suggestions.
My issue with Twitter is, everyone wants to retweet everything. So I might follow entity X because we share interest in B. But entity X retweets stuff on topics C, D, E, F, and Q and I might not be so interested in all that. When the volume of non-shared-interest tweets equals or exceeds the volume of shared-interest tweets, I stop following. The goal is to get stuff I want to read about. Not wade through bunches of stuff I'm not to find the stuff I'm interested in.
I can't get Twitter to do anything for me at the moment so I can't even go in to see who I'm following!
I'm pretty limited and rarely check. I appear to be following Doug Adams and Ian McKellen (who used to talk about the movies all the time during LOTR but not much at all this time around). And The Hobbit movie acct.
