I agree with Annael, you've never had good soup. [In reply to] Can't Post

Here, try some of my chicken enchilada soup. It's very similar to Annael's tortilla soup, but you use masa to thicken it. Masa is a type of flour used to make tortillas. My family went skiing in New Mexico a few years ago and I made a big pot of this soup for after skiing. But the funnest thing for us warm-weather dwellers was "refrigerating" the leftovers out on the balcony overnight. Laugh

Or how about my minestrone soup? I put big curly noodles in it and it's great after you've come in from being outside in the cold.

I hope you're making a note of all these great ideas, Daniel. I bet they'll come in handy down in South Georgia. Wink

Plenty of notes ;-) [In reply to] Can't Post

I'll have to give soup a try - as long as they have croutons in! It needs some crunch. Cool

That's what the tortilla chips are for! [In reply to] Can't Post

I forgot to mention that you pour my chicken enchilada soup over crushed up tortilla chips. Crisps. Whatever you crazy Brits call the crunchy snack things. TongueLaughAngelic
