There are also Skull Head orc and the Morannon orc at Pelennor. I'm not sure if they're named, but they do have a few lines each, and a distinctive look.
Irolas is mostly a watered down version of Beregond, so in a way is an under-expanded character :D I like the way he is the only blond Gondorian though (from memory).
