... could be they haven't finished working on post-production/design issues with his character. Presumably there'll be a large CG component to his appearance at least in the second film, so they might be tweaking the design still so that the finished product remains consistent across both films and the promotional stuff as well. I imagine we'll see more of Bjorn closer to Christmas.
