Hm.... This is a good question. Probably Smaug because I like dragons.. I have no idea why I like Smaug though... maybe it's because he likes to show off and loves to brag about what he has in the Misty Mountains or something...
I like them all, with these talks it gives them more personality and we got to know what's going on in their minds and that's nice when reading a story. My choice is Smaug, it's kind of funny to read this mighty Dragon talk while lying on his hoard to Bilbo and the mistrust that he shows towards what he consider a thief. I do like the Eagles too but I had to make only one choice so I go with Smaug.

In fact, I have absolutely no idea what umaia and kelva mean, so you win there. But when I asked people last month to list the talking animals in The Hobbit more people included him than didn't so here he is in this one.
Personally, I've never seen the giant spiders of Mirkwood as animals, either, but most people seem to include them so I they're here too.
And, of course, the wargs aren't included as they speak their own tongue in the books and are translated by Gandalf.
