Who's Pete? [In reply to] Can't Post

Yeah, honest was in the first post. Never said it wasn't. Elsewhere was elsewhere. The other admins probably have the sense to shut up. Maybe due to your wishy-washy use of elsewhere.

Pete is a friendly substitute for words not allowed here. [In reply to] Can't Post

No, I didn't use "elsewhere" in the first post- but I did say "...because this has been an issue on other similar message boards." Let me also simply that for you. See, that sentence means that the issue of admins reading people's PM's has been an issue on OTHER message boards that also use PM's.

How on earth is that not clear to you?

Hmmm..... [In reply to] Can't Post

*measures temperature of thread*

Nope, it's not quite hot enough for S'mores...but maybe we can pop some popcorn to eat while we wait to see who's the first to give up on this ever-more-ridiculous conversation.

Anyone want to join me? There's plenty to go around...

Silverlode

Between the acting of a dreadful thing
And the first motion, all the interim is
Like a phantasma, or a hideous dream:
The genius and the plan thus inspired
Depart me and I, entering a room,
Find myself on the threshold, stand still
And wonder what I came to do there.

OK can someone tell me where I can get the uber-emotes? I can get to the top-level domains you guys are using, but I can't find the actual smilies. Frown

Out of the darkness of my life, so much frustrated, I put before you the one great thing to love on earth: the Blessed Sacrament... There you will find romance, glory, honour, fidelity, and the true way of all your loves on earth, and more than that: Death: by the divine paradox, that which ends life, and demands the surrender of all, and yet by the taste (or foretaste) of which alone can what you seek in your earthly relationships (love, faithfulness, joy) be maintained, or take on that complexion of reality, of eternal endurance, which every man's heart desires.

They're from an invisionfree forum that we post on. It has rockin' smileys!

There are also some good smilies at bestsmilies.com (pretty sure that's the addy).

There does seem to be an Infection of Disreputable Smilies (IODS) on this board. Where are they coming from?

Disconcerting.
