I still think [In reply to] Can't Post

Mickey Rourke would make an excellent Beorn.

Mickey Rourke? [In reply to] Can't Post

I have just barely recovered from his poor Russian performance in Iron Man 2, please don't subject me to him in The Hobbit. I'll have nine and half weeks of shudders. Wink

Tim: There are some who call me... Tim?

When Guillermo was directing [In reply to] Can't Post

I really expected Ron Perlman as Beorn, he's Guillermos old friend and he plays bulky animalistic characters so well.

Still hoping.

I will admit to the poor Iron Man 2 performance [In reply to] Can't Post

But I'm judging him based on his talent as a whole. The man has range and intensity.

4 Scottish lads for dwarves [In reply to] Can't Post

Just found this. "Peter Mullan, Ewan Stewart, Gary Lewis and Gilly Gilchrist are in the running for roles as dwarves in The Hobbit" http://www.dailyexpress.co.uk/...-up-for-Hobbit-film/ Some of them have already been in a few movies together. Perhaps they will mix well together creating that same sort of fellowship that our beloved actors from LOTR did.
