it's all, like, underlined and stuff Can't Post

Hmmm. I know I have been putting off clicking the "your computer has updates" icon that keeps blinking at me, so don't know if my old IE 6.0 is causing me to see things or not.

But all the links seem to be underlined right now. All the subject lines in each thread, everyone's nick, and all the links in each post.

I absolutely love the fact that the links are underlined inside the post, so I can clearly see them. And if all the other underlining is needed to preserve the underlined links inside the posts, well, I can live with that!

Am I seeing a passing phenomenon or is this permanent?

a.s.

"an seileachan"

Everybody's wondering what and where they all came from.
Everybody's worried 'bout where they're gonna go when the whole thing's done.
No one knows for certain, and so it's all the same to me:
I think I'll just let the mystery be.

You observant person you! Laugh

Yes, indeed. Links are now underlined! And, yes, in Gforum a link is a link is a link (more or less), so it was a (relatively) global change. Smile

I blinked *stare*. [In reply to] Can't Post

lol. I was thinking of suggesting creating more of a division between posts because they all seemed to run together. The print seems different and now i can't remember was the other was like but it seems better.

"Tolkien, like Lewis, believed that, through story, the real world would become a more magical place, full of meaning. We see its patterns and colors in a fresh way. The recovery of a true view of the world applies both to individual things, like hills and stones, and to the cosmic - the depths of space and time itself. For in sub-creation, in Tolkien's view, there is a "survey" of space and time. Reality is captured on a miniature scale. Through stories like The Lord of the Rings, a renewed view of things is given, illuminating the homely, the spiritial, the physical, and the moral dimensions of the world."

No problemo. Let me know if what I suggested helps, along with any suggestions you may have, and I may incorporate it into the FAQ.

The font is still the same. [In reply to] Can't Post

The only difference is the underlining, which I think will be helpful.

Now I've done it. You've both confused me.

Did you mean tomatoes? Those would be tomates.

Is it still a masculine word? [In reply to] Can't Post

In Portuguese it's "o problema", which means it's a rare case of a masculine word ending with an A

correct [In reply to] Can't Post

In Spanish, words that end in -ema are masculine. Also, words ending in -apa and a few other odd ones are masculine as well.
